Refund Policy
At Web Logo Pros, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent based on the nature of the services provided.
1. Services with No Upfront Payment
For services such as Logo Design, Website Design, Animation, and Content Writing, where no upfront payment is required, the following conditions apply:
Refunds Not Applicable
As there is no upfront payment, a refund is not applicable for any of these services once work has begun. If the service requires a deposit or partial upfront payment, refunds will only be provided if work has not yet started.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project before any work begins, we will refund any deposits or payments made. However, once work has commenced, including conceptualizing or creating design drafts, no refunds will be issued. You will receive the completed work according to the initial agreement.
2. Services with Upfront Payment (Marketing Services)
For services that require an upfront payment, such as SEO, SMM, and PPC, the following policy applies:
Pre-Service Refunds
If you cancel the service before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of your upfront payment.
Post-Service Refunds
If work has already started on your marketing service, such as implementing an SEO strategy, scheduling social media posts, or launching PPC campaigns, refunds will be partial. The refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service period.
- If work has started in the first month, the first month of service will not be refunded. The remaining months will be refunded on a pro-rata basis according to the time that has not yet been worked on.
- If work has already started in subsequent months, you will only be refunded for the unused portion of those months. The amount will be prorated based on the work completed up to that point.
Example
If you have paid for three months of service and we have started working during the first month, the first month is not refundable. For the remaining two months, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed during those months.
No Refunds for Completed Work
Once the service period has been fully completed, such as three months of SEO services, no refunds will be given. By that time, all work associated with the contracted period will have been fulfilled.
3. Client-Requested Changes
If you request significant changes to the scope of work after the project has started, whether for marketing or non-marketing services, additional charges may apply. Refunds will not be issued for completed or in-progress work unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as an unforeseen event or dispute, please contact us so we can review the situation. Our goal is to provide a solution that satisfies both parties while adhering to the overall terms of this policy.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Dispute Resolution

We understand that circumstances may change and that you may reconsider a decision after work has been completed or is already in progress. If you are no longer satisfied with the work after payment has been made, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute.
