Refund Policy

At Web Logo Pros, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent based on the nature of the services provided.

1. Services with No Upfront Payment:

For services such as Logo Design, Website Design, Animation, and Content Writing, where no upfront payment is required:

  • Refunds Not Applicable: As there is no upfront payment, a refund is not applicable for any of these services once work has begun. If the service requires a deposit or partial upfront payment, refunds will only be provided if work has not yet started.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a project before any work begins, we will refund any deposits or payments made. However, once work has commenced (e.g., conceptualizing, design drafts, etc.), no refunds will be issued. You will receive the completed work as per the initial agreement.

2. Services with Upfront Payment (Marketing Services):

For services that require an upfront payment, such as SEO, SMM, and PPC, the following policy applies:

  • Pre-Service Refunds: If you cancel the service before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of your upfront payment.

  • Post-Service Refunds: If work has already started on your marketing service (e.g., SEO strategy implemented, social media posts scheduled, PPC campaigns launched), refunds will be partial. The refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service period. Specifically:

    • If work has started in the first month, the first month of service will not be refunded. The remaining months will be refunded pro-rata based on the time that has not yet been worked on.

    • If work has already started in subsequent months, you will only be refunded for the unused portion of those months, again pro-rated based on the work completed up to that point.

    For example:

    • If you’ve paid for 3 months of service, and we’ve started working during the first month, the first month is not refundable. For the remaining 2 months, a partial refund will be issued based on the work done during those months.

  • No Refunds for Completed Work: Once the service period has been fully completed (e.g., 3 months of SEO services), no refunds will be given. By that time, all work associated with the contract period will have been fulfilled.

3. Client Requested Changes:

If you request significant changes to the scope of the work after the project has started (for both marketing and non-marketing services), additional charges may apply. Refunds will not be issued for completed or in-progress work unless agreed upon by both parties.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

In the case of exceptional circumstances, such as an unforeseen event or dispute, please contact us, and we will review the situation. Our goal is to provide a solution that satisfies both parties while adhering to the overall terms of this policy.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Dispute Resolution

At Web Logo Pros, we are committed to delivering services that meet your expectations. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may reconsider a decision after the work has been completed or in progress. If you find yourself in a situation where you are no longer satisfied with the work after the payment has been made, please reach out to us directly before resorting to a dispute.
